In each case, no broadcast will take place until frequency coordination at the particular location for the selected date has been undertaken and confirmed. The purpose of this request is to allow Televisa, a network organization operating in Mexico, to carry the live telecasts of sporting events of significant interest to its viewers -- each of which events are scheduled outside the control of Televisa. Through inadvertence, Televisa failed to submit applications for license until today. Because of the imminent nature of the prospective telecasts, urgent action on this request for STA is respectfully requested.
