Operations must comply with the terms, conditions, and technical specifications set forth in the $2870 authorization and pending applications, IBFS Nos. SES—MFS—20130603—00461 and SES— AFS—20130814—00730. 2. All operations under this grant of STA shall be on an unprotected and non—harmful interference basis. SES shall not cause harmful interference to, and shall not claim protection from interference caused to it by, any other lawfully operating radio communication system. 3. In the event of any harmful interference as a result of operations under this grant of STA, SES shall cease operations immediately upon notification of such interference and shall immediately inform the Commission, in writing, of such an event. 4. Operation must comply with Section 2.106, footnotes US356 and US357, of the Commission‘s rules. 5. Grant of this authorization is without prejudice to any determination that the Commission may make regarding any of SES‘s pending applications. 6. SES has submitted an application add SES—6 (among others) as a point of communication to the E000102 earth station license. See File No. SES—MFS—20130603—00461. 13. (‘(SES‘) requests an STA to use E000102 to communicate with SES—6 in the extended Ku—band frequencies, once the satellite arrives on—station at 40.5W on or about July 22, 2013. SES has submitted an application add SES—6 (among others) as a point of communication to the E000102 earth station license. See File No. SES—MFS—20130603—00461. SES has also submitted an application to serve the U.S. using the extended Ku—band frequencies (among others) on SES—6 at 40.5W. See File No. SAT—PPL—20120717—00117 (accepted for filing Aug. 31, 2012). All operations under the requested STA will be consistent with the parameters specified in the earth station license modification and space station US market access request.
