(SES) is granted, under the following conditions, STA for 30 days, to use the receive frequencies 10.95—11.2 GHz and 11.45—11.7 GHz to conduct in—orbit testing (IOT) for the Netherlands licensed SES—6 satellite at orbital location 26° W.L prior to it relocating to its permanent orbital location 40.5° W.L. (File No. SAT—PPL—20120717—00117). 1. This authorization is limited to operations within coordinated parameters defined in those specified in this STA application narrative. 2. All operations shall be on an unprotected and non—harmful interference basis. SES shall not cause harmful interference to, and shall not claim protection from, interference caused to it by any other lawfully operating station and it shall cease transmission(s) immediately upon notice of such interference. 3. In the event that any harmful interference is caused as a result of operations of the SES—6 satellite, SES shall cease operations immediately upon notification of such an event, and shall inform the Commuission immediately, in writing, of the event. 4. Any action taken or expense incurred as a result of operations pursuant to this STA is solely at SES‘s own risk. 5.
