Intelsat License LLC herein requests a grant of Special Temporary Authority for 30 days, commencing August 13, 2013, to use its Castle Rock, Colorado Ku−band earth station, call sign KL92, to provide launch and early orbit phase services for the AMOS−4 satellite that is expected to be launched on August 13, 2013. 13.
