12. Description. EchoStar Broadcasting Corporation requests 10-day special temporary authority from June 18, 2013 through June 27, 2013 to test the DBSD G-1 (Call Sign S2651) C-band TT&C subsystem using Call Sign E020233. Specifically, EchoStar requests STA to conduct its testing using the following frequencies
