In making our submission we followed the format of the previous STAs and stated that “(Intelsat) is seeking to operate in the frequencies listed in the request at power levels not to exceed 26.5 dBW.” In the past, I don’t believe you converted that statement into a condition, but to the extent you now wish to, it should be referred to as maximum input power and not EIRP.
