EchoStar Broadcasting also withdraws the above-referenced renewal applications3 for STA to operate with the EchoStar 16 satellite at 61.5° W.L. EchoStar Broadcasting recently obtained permanent authorization to operate with all U.S.-licensed EchoStar and DISH satellites at the 61.5°, 110°, and 119° W.L. clusters, which includes EchoStar 16.4 If you have any questions regarding the information described in this letter, please contact me.
