SES—STA—20121009—00908 and SES—STA—20121219—01118 to permit continued operation of four technically identical Ku—band terminals to perform ground—based testing, pending Commission action on Gogo‘s underlying application as amended for an AMSS blanket license under Call Sign E120106. Gogo incorporates by reference the description of the testing operations that was submitted in File No. SES—STA—20121009—00908.
