Row 44, Inc. seeks special temporary authority for a 60-day period commencing March 1, 2013 to operate its licensed Ku-band aeronautical mobile-satellite service network (Call Sign E080100) using conventional Ku-band capacity (11.7-12.2/14.0-14.5 GHz) on Intelsat 27 (IS-27) at 55.5 degrees W.L. (FCC Call Sign S2827) during the pendency of its application for permanent modification of its license to add this and one other point of communication.
