(Sure Shot) is granted STA, under special conditions, for a period of 30—days to operate its fixed earth station, Call Sign E940167, in the 14.0—14.5 GHz (Earth—to— space) and 11.7—12.2 GHz (space—to—Earth) frequency bands with the replacement 1.5 meter antenna subject to the conditions set forth below. 1) Sure Shot is authorized to operate E940617 with transmit and receive digital emission carrier 36MOFIW with digital modulation in the 14.0—14.5 GHz (Earth—to—space) and 11.7—12.2 GHz (space—to—Earth) frequency bands only with the consent of the target satellite operators. Sure Shot‘s maximum input power at the antenna is limited to 350 W, maximum total eirp for all carriers is limited to 70.9 dBW, and maximum eirp density per carrier is limited to 31.35 dBW/4kHz based on a transmit antenna gain of 45.5 dBi at 14.125 GHz. 2) All operations under this grant of STA shall be on an unprotected and non—harmful interference basis. Sure Shot shall not cause harmful interference to, and shall not claim protection from interference caused to it by, any other lawfully operating radio communication system. 3) In the event of any harmful interference as a result of operations under this grant of special temporary authority, Sure Shot shall cease operations immediately upon notification of such interference and shall immediately inform the Commission, in writing, of such an event. 4) Grant of this authorization is without prejudice to any determination that the Commission may make regarding related Sure Shot Transmission, Inc.‘s pending applications SES— MOD—20120912—00810 and SES—AMD—20130104—00004. 5) This grant is issued pursuant to Section 0.261 of the Commission‘s rules on delegated authority, 47 C.F.R. § 0.261. r,. o o.
