Special Temporary Authority (STA)

Corridor Television, L.L.P (Corridor) is granted STA, under special conditions, from
January 25, 2013 to February 24, 2013, to operate a Temporary—Fixed earth station in the
14.00—14.50 GHz (Earth—to—space) and in the 11.70—12.20 GHz (space—to—Earth)
frequency bands via station equipment described in pending application file number SES—
LIC—20130110—00033 under the following conditions.

   1. The transmitted input powerat the antenna flange may not exceed 309.0 Watts
       and the total output eirp for all carriers will be at maximum 73.69 dBW. The
       proposed emission carrier power for the proposed emission 15MOG7W will be at
       maximum 68.60 dBW, and the proposed emission carrier power for the proposed
       emissions 25MOF3F and 36MOF3F will be at maximum 73.69 dBW.

       Operations are limited to AMC—1 at 103° W.L. (Call Sign $2445), AMC—6 at 72°
       W.L.(Call Sign S 2347), AMC—7 at 137° W.L. (Call Sign $2155) , AMC—9 at 83°
       W.L.(Call Sign $2434) , SES—1(Call Sign $2807) at 101° W.L., and SES—2 (Call
       Sign $2826) at 87° W.L. orbital locations space stations for the back—haul of
       signals to KCWX(TV) master control.

       Antenna elevation for all operations must be at least 5 degrees above the
       geographic horizon per 47 C.F.R. Section 25.277(f).

       Operation under this grant of special temporary authority must be on an
       unprotected and non—harmful interference basis, i.e., while operating under this
       temporary authority Corridor must not cause harmful interference to, and must not
       claim protection from interference caused to it by, any other lawfully operating
       radiocommunication system. Corridor must cease operations immediately upon
       notification of such interference and must immediately inform the Commission, in
       writing, of such an event.

       Grant of this STA is without prejudice to any determination that the Commission
       may make regarding pending application SES—LIC—20130110—00033.

        Any action taken or expense incurred as a result of operations pursuant to this
       STA is solely at Corridor‘s risk.


7.    This action is issued pursuant to Section 0.261 of the Commission‘s rules on
     delegated authority, 47 C.F.R. § 0.261, and is effective immediately. Petitions for
     reconsideration under Section 1.106 or applications for review under Sections
     1.115 of the Commission‘s rules, 47 C.F.R. §§ 1.106, 1.115, may be filed within
     thirty days of the date of the public notice indicating that this action was taken.

12. Description

This is a new Ku—Band satellite truck to be used for remote broadcasts on KCWX(TV)      in
Fredericksburg,    Texas.    The station hopes to first use the truck to televise a college basketball
game on January 31,    2013 between the University of Texas at San Antonio and the University of
Denver .    Prior to then,   Corridor needs as much lead time as possible both to test the system and
to train staff who have never operated this type of equipment before.       Accordingly, we hereby
request this Special Temporary Authority to be granted as soon as possible.

       Corridor Television has an agreement with SES to use the following satellites: AMC—1,
AMC—6, AMC—7, AMC—9, SES—1, and SES—2. It should be noted that only one of these satellites
can or will be accessed at any one time, depending on the transponder assigned to Corridor for
the back—haul of signals to KCWX(TV) master control.
