          Authority to Operate a Transmit/Receive C-Band Earth Station at Miami,
          Florida using the Express AM44 Satellite; FCC File Nos.
          SES−STA−20120629−00623, SES-STA-20121022-00952, SES-STA-
          20121121-01035, SES-STA-20121221-01128, and SES-STA-20130123-00087.

Dear Sir or Madam:

         NewCom International (“NewCom” or “Company”), by its undersigned counsel,
hereby informs the Commission that communications between NewCom’s Miami
teleport (Call Sign E040267) and the Intersputnik Express AM44 (“AM44”) spacecraft
conducted pursuant to the above-referenced FCC special temporary authority ceased on
February 19, 2013. NewCom has permanently discontinued communications with the
AM44 and does not seek further extension of the above-referenced FCC special
temporary authority.
