Thank you for the below information regarding your basis for this voice grant of Special
Temporary Authority (STA). While the FCC does not normally grant STAs to meet scheduled
customer service dates, the mitigating circumstances relating to your telephone request and the
conditions of this grantare;

    1.   That you currently have an authorization to operate Call Sign E940167 in the 14.0—14.5
         GHz (Earth—to—space) frequency band. See attached.
    2.   That you havea pending modification, SES—MOD—20120912—00810, of Call Sign
         E940167, to replace the 3.7 m antenna with a 1.5 m antenna and add 10.95—12.750
         GHz (space—to—Earth) frequencies. That application is under review at this time.
    3.   That you also have requested STA under SES—STA—20120920—00841 operate as
         described in SES—MOD—20120912—00810. SES—STA—20120920—00841 remains under
         review at this time .
    4.   Based on our conversation this date, Sure Shot Transmission, Inc. is granted an
         emergency STA, for 30 days, from 11/30/2012 to operate E940617, in the 14.0—14.5
         GHz (Earth—to—space) and 11.7—12.2 GHz (space—to—Earth) frequency bands only, with
         the consent of target satellite operators. Emissions are limited to no greater than what is
         currently authorized under your current authorization, SES—RWL—20040325—00504, Max
         eirp percarrier = 78 dBW, Max EIRP Density per Carrier= 46.01 dBW based on emission
         designator 36MOFIW.
    5.   You must file another STA request within 5 business days, with this email attached to it
         that requests operations within these parameters.
    6.   Operations, shall not cause harmful interference to, and shall not claim protection from,
         interference caused to it by any other lawfully operating station and it shall cease
         transmission(s) immediately upon notice of such interference.
    7.   Grant of this authorization is without prejudice to any determination that the Commission
         may make regarding pending or future Sure Shot Transmission, Inc applications.
    8.   This action is issued pursuant to Section 0.261 of the Commission‘s rules on delegated
         authority, 47 C.F.R. §0.261, and is effective immediately.
