Conditions of Grant Applicant: Films Du Soleil File: SES—STA—20121021—00941 Films Du Soleil is granted Special Temporary Authority (STA), under the following conditions, to operate an Advent 1.0 Ku—band temporary earth station in Chicago IL to broadcast coverage of the 2012 Presidential Elections from November 2, 2012 to December 1, 2012. Satellite and transponder space may vary, pending time and availability. This information will broadcast election coverage to the country of France. Conditions: 1. This antenna may only be located in various locations in the Chicago IL area. Operations with INTELSAT — ALSAT satellites are only authorized in the 14.0—14.5 GHz (Earth—to— space) and 11.7—12.2 GHz (space—to—Earth) frequency bands and within the operational parameters identified in the technical data submitted and previously granted under SES—STA— 20081006—01296. 3. Operations shall not cause harmful interference to and shall not claim protection from interference from any other lawfully operating station. 4. Films Du Soleil shall cease transmission(s) immediately upon notice of such interference. 5. Any actions taken or expense incurred as a result of operations pursuant to this STA is solely at Films Du Soleil‘s risk. 6.
