Intelsat License LLC herein requests a grant of Special Temporary Authority for 30 days, from October 24, 2012 through November 23, 2012, to use its Castle Rock, Colorado Ku−band earth station, call sign KL92, to provide in−orbit testing services for the Intelsat 23 satellite. 13.
