       EchoStar Broadcasting Corporation (“EchoStar Broadcasting”) writes to withdraw its
above-referenced renewal applications1 for Special Temporary Authority (“STA”) to operate
with the EchoStar 6 satellite at 76.95º W.L. EchoStar Broadcasting recently requested and
obtained STA to operate with EchoStar 6 at the satellite’s new location of 76.80º W.L.2
