Dear Ms. Dortch:

Gogo LLC (“Gogo”), by its attorney and pursuant to Section 1.65 of the Commission’s rules, 47
C.F.R. § 1.65, hereby updates the record regarding Gogo’s above-referenced application for a
blanket license to operate earth stations aboard aircraft (“ESAAs”) and related request for
special temporary authority. Specifically, Gogo is providing additional information regarding the
satellites, frequencies, and coverage areas for Gogo’s proposed ESAA operations.

As previously indicated, Gogo proposes to use multiple satellites for ESAA service. The uplink
spectrum will be in the conventional Ku-band (14-14.5 GHz) in all cases, but the downlink
spectrum varies depending on the specific satellite and beam being used. The following table
provides current information regarding the satellites Gogo seeks to use and the downlink
frequencies associated with each, and indicates whether each downlink beam being used has
U.S. coverage for service to ESAA terminals.
