Specifically, Attachment 1 to this letter updates and replaces the information HNS License Sub, LLC ("Hughes") provided to you in August 2012. In each case, the community in which the gateway earth station is located remains unchanged; only latitude and longitude information is updated. As before, the location for the back—up gateway earth station in Del Rio, Texas remains to be determined. Please do not hesitate to let me know if you have any questions or require any additional information on the specific gateway earth station sites under Call Sign E110149 from which Hughes is communicating with the EchoStar XVII satellite.
