Sure Shot Transmission, Inc. authorized to operate E940617, in the 14.0—14.5 GHz (Earth—to—space) and 11.2—11.70 GHz (space—to—Earth) frequency bands only, with the consent of target satellite operators. Emissions are limited to no greater than Max eirp per carrier= 78 dBW, Max EIRP Density per Carrier= 46.01 dBW based on emission designator 36MOFIW. 2. That Sure Shot Transmission, Inc. will submit an amendment to the pending modification, SES— MOD—20120912—00810, all antenna transmit and receive frequency gains, emission designators and effective isotropic radiated power (eirp) and density values, and all transmit and receive frequency coordination values. 3. All operations under this grant of special temporary authority shall be on an unprotected and non— harmful interference basis. Sure Shot Transmission, Inc. shall not cause harmful interference to, and shall not claim protection from interference caused to it by, any other lawfully operating radio communication system. 4. In the event of any harmful interference as a result of operations under this grant of special temporary authority, Sure Shot Transmission, Inc. shall cease operations immediately upon notification of such interference and shall immediately inform the Commission, in writing, of such an event. 5. Grant of this authorization is without prejudice to any determination that the Commission may make regarding related Sure Shot Transmission, Inc. pending applications. 6.
