Antenna Statement This STA request contains a non-compliant antenna that does not meet FCC Part 25.209 requirements. However, based upon the reduced power density of the proposed antenna associated with this application it will meet the requirements of Part 25.115(h). Further, the STA application is for a single satellite and not for ALSAT.
