Description Intelsat License LLC herein requests Special Temporary Authority for 30 days commencing September 3, 2012 to use its Castle Rock, Colorado earth station, call sign E990323, to provide telemetry, tracking and control services to the DIRECTV 1R satellite as it drifts from 109.8 W.L. to 56.16 E. L. Earth station E990323 will communicate with DIRECTV 1R until it loses visibility of the satellite at 88.0 W.L., whereupon the TT&C services will switch to another Intelsat earth station. 5
