Description Lockheed Martin Corp. requests a 30−day STA extension of its STA request in File No. SES−STA− 20120614−00514 to use the C−band antenna on its Carpentersville, NJ earth station (Call Sign E7541) to support post−launch/early−operations (LEOp) TT&C for the Intelsat 23 satellite. The launch of Intelsat 23 has been delayed, and the satellite is now scheduled to be launched on August 13, 2012. There will be no change in operating parameters authorized in the current STA for Intelsat 23 LEOp TT&C operations or the planned duration of operations, and a 30−day extension is requested to accommodate possible further launch delays. 5
