By this letter, HNS License Sub, LLC ("Hughes") provides the requested information. In Attachment 1, you will find the locations of all 15 of the authorized gateway earth stations under Call Sign E110149. Please note that one station, in Del Rio, Texas, is a back—up gateway site that has yet to be constructed. The specific location of this station remains to be determined as of this writing. Please do not hesitate to let me know if you have any questions or require any additional information on the specific gateway earth station sites from which Hughes will communicate with the EchoStar XVII satellite under Call Sign E110149.
