Application for Earth Station Special Temporary Authority - FCC File Number SES-STA-20120629-00623 Dear Ms. Dortch: NewCom International, Inc. (“NewCom”), by its attorneys, hereby clarifies the following information with regard to the above referenced application seeking special temporary authority (“STA”) to communicate with the Intersputnik AM44 satellite.  For the purpose of the requested STA, NewCom will operate earth-to-space exclusively on frequencies within 6030-6070 MHz and 6330-6370 MHz, and operate space-to-earth exclusively on frequencies within 3705-3745 MHz and 4005-4045 MHz.  STA is desired for a period of 30 calendar days.
