12. Description. This application is for a temporary permit to transmit one 18MHz C-Band carrier from a Advent Mantis 2.4m transportable earth station, owned and operated by GlobeCast UK. The antenna is licensed and registered for use on Intelsat, Eutelsat and Asiasat satellites and will be located in Lauderhill, FL. The West Indies cricket tour is much anticipated in the world of Cricket and the visiting team of New Zealand will provide two, one day international matches by two of the top teams in the world. Lauderhill, Fl will host the first two matches of the month long tour that moves to the Caribbean after its inaugural visit to the USA.

13. By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
