Operations under this authority are on a non—interference basis only. 2. In the event that there is a report of interference, CoverEdge must immediately terminate transmissions and notify the FCC in writing. 3. This request is granted without prejudice to any future FCC enforcement action in connection with any unauthorized operation of radio facilities. All operations shall be on a non—common carrier basis. $ £ The licensee shall take extraordinary measures to ensure that the antenna does not create the potential for exposure of persons who may be within the immediate vicinity to radiofrequency radiation in excess of FCC safety guideline to prevent human exposure in excess of the FCC—specified safety limit of 1 mW/em2.
