We need the STA to operate an Earth Station by April 1st to support the Airborne Enroute Communications Network, a program that ViaSat is working with the U.S Special Operations Command (SOCOM). Initial operation will be on Galaxy 19 at 97 degrees W.L. with a potential to reposition the antenna to Amazonas—2 at 61 degrees W.L. Contract No 13.
