12. Description This is an application for a VSAT network in the 12/14 GHz band encompassing a hub station and remote terminals, currently operated by TeleCommunication Systems, Inc. (TCS), which was inadvertently allowed to expire. This network is used to provide analog video, digital video and data services via satellites on the ALSAT list. This network was previously licensed and assigned call sign EO00669, which TCS requests to use again. TCS plans to file an application for a new license following the filing of this STA.
