Description THE SUBJECT EARTH STATION IS UTILIZED TO FEED PROGRAMMING TO A NUMBER OF NONCOMMERCIAL FM STATIONS AND NONCOMMERCIAL FM TRANSLATOR STATIONS LICENSED TO THE APPLICANT THAT CANNOT OPERATE WITHOUT THE SATELLITE FEED THIS EARTH STATION PROVIDES. IT WAS ORIGINALLY LICENSED AS E970117, BUT THE LICENSE INADVERTENTLY, AND WITHOUT NOTIFICATION FROM THE COMMISSION, EXPIRED. WITHOUT THIS EARTH STATION IN OPERATION THERE IS NO ABILITY TO FEED THE STATIONS PROGRAMMING SINCE THEY ALL OPERATE WITH PROGRAMMING DISTRIBUTED OUT OF THE MAIN STUDIO AT THE EARTH STATION LOCATION. THIS WILL RESULT IN A LOSS IN THE PUBLIC SERVICE THEY PROVIDE TO THEIR VARIOUS COMMUNITIES. A GRANT OF THE STA IS ESSENTIAL TO CONTINUING OPERATION OF THESE STATIONS. 5
