Conditions of Grant SES—STA—20111027—01270 TeleBEEPER of NEW MEXICO INC (TeleBEEPER) TeleBEEPER is granted Special Temporary Authority (STA) for 30 days beginning November 1 to operate an uplink to with All US Space Stations (ALSAT) in the 14.0— 14.5 GHz under the following conditions: 1. Operations are restricted to parameters defined in SES—STA—20111027—01270. 2. TeleBEEPER shall take extraordinary measures to ensure that antennas do not create potential exposure to radiofrequency radiation. Precaution should be taken to prevent human exposure in excess of the FCC specified safety limit 1 mW/sq.cm. For specific guidelines, please refer to FCC OET Bulletin 65. 3. All operations shall be on a non—harmful interference basis. 4. TeleBEEPER shall immediately cease operations upon notification of harmful interference. Complaints of all radio interference shall be forwarded immediately to the Commission in writing. 5. TELEBEEPER OF NEW MEXICO, INC. REQUEST FOR SPECIAL TEMPORARY AUTHORITY ATTACHMENT 1, PAGE 1 REQUEST FOR SPECIAL TEMPORARY AUTHORITY TeleBEEPER of New Mexico, Inc. ("TeleBEEPER"), by its attorneys and pursuant to Section 25.120 of the Commission‘s Rules, 47 C.F.R. § 25.120, hereby requests Special Temporary Authority ("STA") in order to operate a transmit/receive earth station at 4545 McLeod NE. Ste. C, Albuquerque, NM. TeleBEEPER has immediate need to obtain a new earth station at its current headquarters; it is therefore submitting this request for STA, and will file an application for permanent authority as soon as possible. Absent an immediate grant of authority pending the completion and processing of an application for permanent authority, there will be disruptions in the control of those networks, which may lead to disruptions or degradations of service to TeleBEEPER‘s customers. The Commission has previously found TeleBEEPER qualified to be a licensee. TeleBEEPER has operated FCC—licensed facilities in various radio services for years. Consequently, there should be no impediments to a grant of this request for STA. For all the foregoing reasons, TeleBEEPER respectfully requests that the Commission expeditiously grant this request for Special Temporary Authority.
