The Family Worship Center seeks a Special Temporary Authority for their two applied for Ku—band earth stations (SES—LIC—20111024—01256) in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The STA is being sought to permit the Family Worship Center to provide uninterrupted services to their membership while their license application is being processed. 13.
