SES Americom, Inc. requests special temporary authority for 60 days beginning October 28 to permit earth station E970336 to communicate with the Ciel 2 spacecraft in order to provide telemetry, tracking and control. STA is sought pending action on a request for modification of the E970336 license to add Ciel 2 as an authorized point of 13.
