Grant Conditions for Universal Space Network, Inc. Universal Space Network, Inc. is granted authority to operate the earth station identified in this application to communicate using portion of the S—band 2051.703 MHz and 2057.355 MHz (transmit) and 2228.094 MHz and 2234.232 MHz (receive) frequencies to support LEOP service for GALILEO—IOV (GAL1 and GAL2) from USN‘s Hawaii ground station from 20 October 2011 to 19 November 2011 under the following conditions: 1. All operations shall be limited to telemetry, tracking, and control (TT&C). 2. 3. All operations shall be on an unprotected, non—interference basis to both government and non—government operations. 4. 5. USN will operate only pursuant to the terms specified in this special temporary authorization and agrees to accept any interference from other authorized operators. 6. In the event of any harmful interference, cease operations immediately and inform the Commission, in writing, immediately 7.
