12. Description. Macy's Inc. hereby requests Special Temporary Authority to operate a new 3.7-meter Ku-band antenna to be installed as the hub of its satellite training and operations network. This network will be used to deliver audio, video, and data as a part of a satellite-delivered new employee training program. Attachment 1 contains a more detailed letter regarding this request.
