Grant Conditions:
Infosat Able Holdings, Inc.
E070072
SES—STA—20110518—00598

Special Temporary Authority is granted from 5—27—2011 to 7—23—2011 (60 days) to
operate one Remote2 antenna to maintain continuity of service at a mine located in a
remote area of Alaska under the following conditions.

1. Earth station operations are limited to transmission and reception applied for in form
312 of this application.

2. All operations shall be on an unprotected and non—harmful interference basis, i.e.,
Infosat Able Holdings, Inc. ("Infosat") shall not cause harmful interference to, and shall
not claim protection from, interference caused to it by any other lawfully operating
station.

3. In the event that there is a report of interference, Harris must immediately terminate
transmissions and notify the FCC in writing.

4. Infosat must comply with all FAA antenna height restrictions defined in 47 CFR Part
17.

5. Infosat must make all reasonable and customary measures to ensure that the temporary
earth station does not create a potential for harmful non—ionizing radiation to persons who
may be in the vicinity of the earth station when it is in operation. At a minimum,
permanent warning labels shall be fixed to the earth station and its housing warning of
the radiation hazard and including a diagram showing the regions around the earth station
where radiation levels could exceed 1 .OmW/em2. The earth station operator shall be
responsible for assuring that individuals do not stray into the regions around the earth
station where there is a potential for exceeding the maximum permissible exposure limits
required by 47 C.F.R. §1.1310. This shall be accomplished by means of signs, caution
tape, verbal warnings, placement of the earth station so as to minimize access to the
hazardous region, and/or other appropriate means.

                                                                      Attachment 1

             REQUEST FOR SPECIAL TEMPORARY AUTHORITY

Infosat Able Holdings, Inc. ("Infosat") is the licensee of a VSAT system
that operates under the Call Sign E070072. At present, the VSAT license
authorizes Infosat to operate up to 10,000 1.2m remote terminals on an ALSAT
basis. Infosat is filing concurrently herewith an application seeking to modify its
VSAT license by adding authority for a set of 2.4m remote terminals.

Infosat hereby seeks Special Temporary Authority ("STA"), for a period of
60 days commencing on May 27, 2011, to operate a single 2.4m remote terminal
for the limited purpose described in this request. The remote terminal would be
used to maintain continuity of service at a mine located in a remote area of
Alaska.

The C—band link which is used at present at the mine for voice and data
communications is about to be severed. There are no terrestrial services in this
area, so a satellite link is the only means of communicating with corporate
headquarters as well as with public safety personnel should an accident occur.
Infosat proposes to operate the 2.4m remote terminal at the mine on an STA basis
to communicate with Horizons I, which is on the Permitted Space Station List.

The coordinates for the mine are shown in the form that this exhibit
accompanies. The technical characteristics of the proposed operations are shown
in the attached Schedule B of Form 312 to Infosat‘s application for modification
of its VSAT license. All operations will be on conventional Ku—band frequencies.

Given the safety of life and property considerations at stake, grant of the
instant request is in the public interest. Accordingly, Infosat respectfully
requests that its STA request be granted.
