Intelsat License LLC herein requests a grant of Special Temporary Authority for 30 days from May 25, 2011 through June 23, 2011, to test a 1.2 meter Ku−band antenna located at its Napa, California teleport. Specifically, Intelsat intends to use this antenna to communicate with its Galaxy 16 satellite at 99.0 W.L. 13.
