STA for a 1.8 meter Ku−band earth station to provide temporary testing of a communications link from a site in King William, Virginia. This is for testing of a satellite back−up that could be used for data, voice over IP, or video conferencing. The earth station will limit communications to Telstar−14 at 63 degree West Satellite Longitude. 13.
