12. Description STA request to transmit priorto grant of license request. The proposed licensee of the uplink is Florida State University, which is also licensee of Station WFSU—FM, Tallahassee, Florida. This uplink is needed to distribute important noncommercial educational programmimg by Station WFSU—FM. That FM station is m key part of FSU‘s service to the State Capital and to area public radio listeners. The uplink is meeded to make that broad programming distribution by WFSU—FM possible. Frequency coordination is undérway for this antenna and a formal license request will be filed upon completion of the Coordination on or after 2—21—11.
