Description GUSA Licensee, LLC (’Globalstar’) requests Special Temporary Authority to operate five earth station antennas at its Clifton, TX site for communication with the Globalstar 2.0 satellite constellation, pending grant of its application for such authority. Globalstar has filed a separate application for each antenna at the site and requests that they be processed simultaneously. This STA will allow Globalstar to provide improved coverage and quality of service to Globalstar customers, available with the launch of Globalstar 2.0 satellites. 5
