The STA will serve the public interest and is will allow for a uninterrupted transformation from C- band to Ku-band services for the affected parties. The modification for the permanent license has been submitted to the FCC SESMOD2010102801356 Call Sign: KA333 Corporate Satellite Communications, Florida Inc. requests operations for a period of 30 days beginning on 12/01/2010 Antenna Complies with 25.209. ALSAT satellite will be utilized. Included with the STA Request are the following Radiation hazard study A copy of this STA request was sent to the FCC office in Columbia
