National Digital Television Center requests a special temporary authority for 30 days, commencing on November 20, 2010, for its Littleton earth station (call sign E950003 — Titan #33) to communicate with the AMC—18 C—Band satellite (call sign S$2713) during maneuvers outside its orbital location for the reasons as further described in STA filing 13.
