Special Temporary Authority for Clarksburg, Maryland Earth
Station, Call Sign KA275, IBFS File No. SES-STA-20101027-
                                          01352.

                          Dear Ms. Dortch:

Intelsat North America LLC (“Intelsat”), by counsel, herein updates the
Commission’s records for the above-referenced special temporary authorization for
Intelsat to use its Clarksburg, Maryland earth station (call sign KA275) to provide
emergency communications services to the AMC-18 satellite until December 1,
                          2010.1

Specifically, Intelsat notifies the Commission that SES WORLD SKIES (“SES”)
has informed Intelsat that SES intends temporarily to move the AMC-18 satellite up
to 0.2º to the east and west of its station-keeping box at 104.95º W.L., i.e. between
                          104.75º W.L. and 105.15º W.L. The AMC-18 satellite’s operation outside of its
station-keeping box will minimize disruptions to customers as the uncontrolled
Galaxy 15 satellite (call sign S2387) passes through the 104.95º W.L. orbital
location on or about November 24, 2010.2

Please contact the undersigned with any questions.

                          Sincerely,

                          /s/ Jennifer D. Hindin
