VIZADA, INC. REQUEST FOR RENEWAL OF SPECIAL TEMPORARY AUTHORITY Vizada, Inc. (“Vizada”) requests a grant of special temporary authority to allow the earth stations with call sign E000284 to continue communicating with the Inmarsat 3F4 satellite at 54° W.L. This request is a renewal of Vizada’s most recent pending STA application (File No. SES-STA-20100827-01099) for the underlying application File No. SES-LIC-20070416-00479. Grant of this STA is in the public interest because it will ensure continuity of service for Vizada’s many customers. Moreover, grant of this STA will not cause interference to any other L-band operator and will not prejudice any interested party. Vizada agrees to continue to operate subject to the terms and conditions contained in the original STA grant. Vizada respectfully requests that the Bureau grant this STA for a period of sixty days beginning October 30, 2010.
