Allen also filed a "prior use" STA request to commence operation of E100091 to provide service to the U.S. Navy (SES—STA—20100809—01022), which was granted August 23, 2010, for standard C—band frequencies. Allen hereby clarifies that its above—referenced STA extension request, filed on October 19, 2010, is also only to use the standard C—band frequencies and not the extended C—band frequencies.
