PanAmSat Licensee Corp. herein requests a grant of Special Temporary Authority for 30 days, from November 14, 2010 through December 13, 2010, to use its Castle Rock, Colorado Ku−band earth station, call sign KL92, to provide launch and early orbit phase services for the SkyTerra−1 satellite that is expected to be launched on November 14, 2010. 13.
