12. Description The initial STA (SES−STA−20100615−00706, granted on 7/01/10)was granted for 30 days and will expire on July 31, 2010. An application to reinstate the expired license (SES−LIC−20100615−00705) was filed on 6/15/2010 and was placed on Public Notice on July 7, 2010, so the existing STA will expire before the 30−day public notice period for the underlying application has run. Therefore, an extension of 60 days, through September 29, 2010, is requested to provide ample time for the required public notice period to run and for staff to review and act on the pending application. 5
