Federal Communications Commission International Bureau Texas A&M University respectfully requests a Special Temporary Authority (STA) to provide “occasional” operation of fixed Ku uplink station E900324 whose license has expired as of June 22, 2010. This station has been continuously licensed since December 14, 1990 to the Agricultural Satellite Corporation (AgSat) and later to the American Distance Education Consortium (ADEC), but located on the campus of Texas A&M University in College Station, TX. The current authorization SES-RWL-20000519-00787, has not renewed. This STA seeks to authorization to continue occasional operation of this uplink station while permanent licensing is obtained by Texas A&M University.
