Description Intelsat North America LLC herein requests Special Temporary Authority for 30 days, from July 8, 2010 through August 6, 2010, to use its Clarksburg, Maryland earth station (call sign KA275) to provide emergency communications services in the 3700−4200 MHz and 5925−6425 MHz conventional C− band frequencies to the Galaxy 13 satellite (call sign S2386) at 127.0 W.L. and the Galaxy 14 (call sign S2385) at the nominal 125.0 W.L. orbital location. 5
