USN ground station in Hawaii shall be used to assist the Korean Aerospace and Research Institute (KARI)
during the Launch and Early Orbit Phase (LEOP) of the COMS-1 communications and meteorological Spacecraft.
Communications shall consist of telemetry, telecommand, data deliver, and control of the satellite.
LEOP shall last no longer than Launch +10 days. The launch is scheduled for 23-June 2010.

Information and Instructions

Purpose of Form Introduction
