Description SES Americom, Inc. requests extension of special temporary authority (FCC File No. SES—STA— 20100219—00229) to permit earth station E980076 to continue to communicate with the NSS—S spacecraft in the conventional C—band in order to provide telemetry, tracking and control for the spacecraft pending grant of SES WORLD SKIES‘ petition for declaratory ruling to add the conventional C—band payload on the NSS—5 satellite to the Permitted Space Station List at 20.0 W. L. (FCC File No. SAT—PPL—20091208—00142). STA extension is requested for 30 days.
